Pat Long is a proud, lifelong resident of Manchester who was raised at St. Peter’s Orphanage after experiencing homelessness with his family. He attended West High School then earned his GED before becoming an apprentice in the Ironworkers Union, where he rose to the position of union business manager.
Inspired by his experiences, Pat is committed to giving back to the community that supported him, where he’s served to the people of Manchester for several years as an Alderman and House Representative proudly elected in Ward 3.
As State Senator, Pat will confront the challenges we face head-on. He will prioritize public safety, invest in education, support children and families, and advocate for economic justice. Pat understands the struggles of working families and embodies the hard work and determination we need to make a difference. He is the right candidate to represent District 20 (Manchester Wards 2, 3, 4, 10, 11 & 12) in Concord.
